Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday. We are closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m every day of the week.

We always strive to give the best possible service with minimal waiting times. For this reason, we see patients only by appointment. Please call ahead so that we can arrange a convenient time for your visit.

To make an appointment with us, call (303) 933-9050. If you are scheduling your first visit with us, be prepared to give the receptionist the following information when you call: your full name, a daytime telephone number, insurance information, the name of your referring doctor, and the nature of your problem or reason for the appointment.

Very important: Check with your insurance company to see if we must have a letter of referral from your primary care doctor before seeing you. If so, please be sure to bring the referral letter with you to your first appointment, or ask your primary care doctor to send it to us ahead of time. If we do not receive the referral letter, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Canceling An Appointment:

If you are unable to keep your appointment with us, please let us know as soon as possible. By doing so, you will make it possible for us to give an appointment to someone else who wishes to be seen.

We Try To Be On Time

No one likes to be kept waiting! We know your time is valuable and we always try to adhere to our schedule. Occasionally, an emergency may cause us to run behind schedule. If we do, we will make every effort to keep you fully informed.

Emergencies

Emergencies will always receive priority, regardless of the day or time. If you believe that an emergency or urgent problem exists, call our office immediately for instructions.

When our office is closed, there is always a doctor on call for emergency care. Dial (303) 933-9050 and our answering service will contact us immediately.

In life-threatening situations, go immediately to the hospital emergency room or dial 911.
